Good video and motivation. I am just starting to get some clients for web design, and will be upselling things like social media, sms, video, etc.
I am also starting to send out some direct mail sales letters (Dan Kennedy style) to try and land some web design clients. I am also going to start doing some live events for business owners, so things should start moving soon.
Just a quick general question: What advice can you give to a business just getting started with limited funds in order to get some clients coming in? I am talking in regards to marketing. What media would you recommend for a limited budget (direct mail, email, etc)?

Not sure what your “limited budget” is but if you’re start with no money I would say hit the phones and knock on doors. It cost NOTHING and IT WORKS.
It seems like you already have a good marketing plan. Everything you listed works… now you just have to take MASSIVE ACTION!

i mean, i’m not from the US and i guess meeting would be really hard for me to do
I just got back to Philly 6 days ago but the $4550 in 17 days took place while I was in Philippines so i had ZERO meetings for this. I’m sure you won’t have much of a problem.
Just try to have more testimonials and more social proof because once in awhile you will run into one of those who will question your credibility.
