Offline Referral Marketing

by Chris on June 18, 2013

Today, I just wanted to discuss about referral marketing and having people fill out a quick form.

This is one of the BEST MARKETING but most offliners don’t focus on this.

When’s the last time you got a referral?
When’s the last time you qualified your prospects/clients?
Are you choosing your client or are they choosing you?

If you look at the image attached, it’s an email I get right after someone fill out a form.

This is powerful because…

1. When someone refers you, it’s AUTOMATIC CREDIBILITY. no need to sell yourself.
2. The prospects already state that they have a budget of $3000-5000.
3. They WANT to speak with Chris (me), rather than me going after them cold.

Long story short, it’s always best to position yourself as the authority and qualify you’re customers.

For the next few days, try to focus on delivering 110% to your clients. Give them something extra like a facebook cover when you do a website for them. Instead of focusing on how much money you can make, focus on how you can really help them get more leads and clients.

That’s it for today… =)

Please do leave a comment and let me know if you have any questions…

Thanks!

New Brochure

by Chris on May 10, 2012

Before I print this I wanted to run it through with everyone.

What do you think?

Can I improve anything on here? Maybe the “WANT MORE BUSINESS?” part?

Any copywriters here?

Thanks,
Chris

Offline Marketing Posters

by Chris on April 11, 2012

Day 1 – I plan to deliver nothing but valuable content for the next 30 days!

Check out the posters we’re in middle of creating for our company.

One of my best friend just referred me to a dentist for a website & seo services and he asked me to make him a poster so he can refer me to more customers. I’m also making it so I can put it up on my client’s store/office and also give it out to couple of my business friends to put it up at their store.

I just had my designer play with the design but we haven’t had the chance to touch the copywriting part on it yet. I’m always open for suggestions and I would love to hear from my fellow offliners.

For the ones who help out on it, I would be more than happy to share the psd file once it’s done. =)

So what do you think?
Which one do you like better?
How can I improve the poster?

My swipe files

by Chris on March 23, 2012

Since I’m going to quit teaching offline marketing, I’m thinking of giving away all my ads away. Sounds greedy but before I wasn’t sure if I wanted to give away all my secrets. I just hired more people to send it out to more people. =X

I literally think all the so called gurus will be pissed off that I’m giving all the secrets away.

Anyways, before I quit teaching offline marketing I’m going to do my last product. It’s not one of those BS products but just STRAIGHT UP swipe files and proofs. All you have to do is copy and past it.

You’ll LITERALLY HAVE PEOPLE EMAILING YOU BACK ON THE SAME DAY!!! But the bad news is that after a week or a month this is going to over-saturated from everyone sending out to the same niche with the same email.

50 emails and 12 replies and for linkedin we sent out 50 and got about 5 replies.

My question for you is… Are you interested? I plan to give it for 50%+ discount to people who replies to this post and of course to my small but loyal list.

So go on and leave a comment below if you’re interested.

Lakawon Island

by Chris on March 19, 2012

My project manager took me to Lakawon island for my birthday and we had a blast.
Ate some good food, drank lot, and overall had a great time. =)

I had a lot to think for my birthday. I wrote a quick timeline for my life and it goes something like this.

2004 – Dropped out & Graduated High School
2005 – Joined Quixtar/Amway
2007 - Started my first small business (Two Cell Phone Stores)
2008 – First real estate deal (15k profit)
2009 – One of the biggest real estate day ($127,386.49)

2010 – Full time Internet Marketing (http://philadelphiaseo.org)
2011 - Traveling & Being a LIFESTYLE BOSS! =D

Anyways, why am I sharing this?

I made a promise to do more meaningful things in my life in 2012
and one of the things I commit to doing is taking on coaching students.

My goal is to be the next Robert Kiyosaki & Time Ferriss and
I plan to write my book one hour a day for 30 days.

I will no longer teach offline marketing

I’m redesigning the whole website and this blog isn’t going to be
about offline marketing anymore. It’s going to be more focused on
quitting your job and being your own boss.

But before I completely close the door I wanted to take
couple coaching clients. I’m looking at somewhere to
$500-$5000/month.

I’m fully committed to growing my SEO & Web Design Company
but I really have no interest in becoming an offline guru.

My idea is… why teach all the secrets if I can hire more
people to help me grow my business.

So I will be revealing my secrets ninja marketing techniques
to few lucky people on my list.
-outsourcing everything
-building your own team
-direct mail campaigns
-linkedin marketing
-email lead generation
-referral marketing

I will send another email when the spot opens but for now…
If you’re interested, leave me a comment why you qualify.

Bungee Jump Marketing!

by Chris on January 5, 2012

Hey what’s up yall!

I thought this was pretty funny so I just wanted to share it with yall.

Around 1:10 mark I yell out our company name before the jump. It’s probably my first time ever sharing our company name with you because I didn’t want all the traffic from my blog and wf to mess our conversion up.

I get a lot of leads & deals from facebook so I like to constantly remind people what I do for living. =)

ALWAYS BE MARKETING!!!

You see how scared I am? I DON’T GIVE A FUNK!!!

that’s the mentality I have when dealing with clients and getting on stage. I feel the fear and do it anyways! the fear of cold calling and knocking on door is not REAL FEAR! FACE IT AND JUST DO IT ANYWAYS!!!
